No Deposits:


We do not take deposits. Our management approach means we monitor the property closely ensuring it’s maintained as it should be and guarantee any works required after a tenant moves out is completed to the value of the monthly rental cost, minimising the risk to you,

Advance Rent Payment:

 

Although we do not take deposits, we require rent to be paid in advance ensuring tenants are committed before moving in.

We do not do operate the property as serviced accommodation therefore removing the requirements on a landlord from any lease agreement or mortgage caveats.
